Since 1997, he has been supporting internationally active organisations in the further development of leadership and their realignment. Through extensive international experience, he observes existing cultural patterns, questions perceived certainties, and points out blind spots. With his background, he connects different perspectives within organisations through a holistic-systemic coaching approach. Experienced in the reorganisation of processes and the adaptability of various management systems to different standards, he promotes collaborative, life-enhancing action.

Petra is our special gift, as she is a certified trauma integration specialist and is familiar with the Neuro-Affective Relational Model (NARM). For many years, she has been working as an organisational development coach and is developing new approaches in metamodern (post-postmodern) team development processes with our team, combining her experiences from integral theory, systems theory, psychosynthesis, and resonance theory.

With his team, he supports companies in the selection, implementation, and introduction of efficient structures along the entire value chain. He primarily focuses on industry-neutral, interdisciplinary, and tailored approaches to quality management. In recent years, he has gained deep expertise in the area of functional safety according to ISO26262, risk mitigation, and serialization in the development of a new electric truck.
